Francis Nikko Villagante, DPT
Chief Executive Officer & Physical Therapist
Dr. Francis Nikko Villagante is a seasoned Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of clinical and leadership experience spanning outpatient, acute/subacute care, home health, and sports therapy settings. As CEO of Flex Elite Physical Therapy, he leads the clinic’s strategic direction while remaining deeply involved in hands-on care. Nikko is passionate about bridging gaps in access to rehabilitation services, particularly in underserved communities, and is known for his patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
His professional vision is rooted in elevating physical therapy as a cornerstone of musculoskeletal health—positioning physical therapists as champions in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders to advance the health and well-being of the general population.
A proud Filipino immigrant, Nikko earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College in New York. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family—including his newborn son—hiking, exploring national parks, and diving into new physical challenges like obstacle course racing, snowboarding, and rock climbing. He loves experiencing new cultures through food, people, and adventure.

We treat a variety of injuries and conditions, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance, mobility issues, work injuries and accident injuries.
Our physical therapists are licensed healthcare professionals with advanced degrees in physical therapy. They have also completed extensive clinical training and continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and treatments.
Currently credentialled with medicare and medrisk. With more pending insurances under process.
